Welcome to St. Paul's School Online Application Process

Our admissions process is very personalized and our goal is to get to know each other as you explore a school that best fits your child. Through this online admissions portal you can track the progress of your child's application and also access admissions forms. We encourage parents to attend one of our Parent Information Sessions and schedule a parent interview and visit for your child.

Our admission process is as follows:

Create online user ID and password

  • Complete and submit the application
  • Submit the $50 application fee (The application fee is waived for St. Paul's School and St. Paul's School for Girls siblings and alumni.)
  • Provide Common Referral Forms (available on our Admissions Process and Forms website page)
  • Provide current academic transcript (grades 2 - 12)
  • Schedule student visit day
  • Schedule admissions testing (Grades K-4 contact admissions office, grades 5-12 ISEE)
  • Submit financial aid application by December 15, if applicable

To create an online ID and password:

If you are a current St. Paul's family (applying for a new sibling), please use your My Back Pack user ID and password to log in to the online application. If you have forgotten your user name or password, please click on the "I forgot my User Name/Password" link and the information will be emailed to you.

If you are a new family who has not already completed an application, please create a user ID and password.

Your user ID and password will allow you to create, edit and review your application before submitting it. You will also be able to review all the application requirements and check to see if all documents have been received.

You may save an application in progress and return to it by signing in using your user ID and password.

If you have any questions about the admissions process or how to use our online application, please contact the Admissions Office at 410-821-3034 or email
